Design for Implementation Conference Series

The Design for Implementation: Trauma Research and Clinical Guidance Conference Series (DFI) aims to redesign how we develop and disseminate trauma clinical guidance in the United States, with a focus on a more effective and equitable system. This innovative conference, funded in part by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), will be hosted at the American College of Surgeons in Chicago in each of three years. PI Lacey LaGrone, MD MPH MA, is structuring the series to maximally facilitate knowledge transfer and project planning among a group of the nation’s trauma clinical, research, administration, academic, industry and patient advocacy leaders.
