Delphi Survey Development and Administration

The CNTR team is skilled at administering Delphi surveys to facilitate consensus development projects. Working with Calibrum’s Surveylet application, CNTR can help with question design, survey set-up, administration and analysis.

Our Process:

• Assemble agile teams of experts through our extensive multi-disciplinary network and federal agency connections
• Conduct literature searches, systematic reviews and frequency analyses as appropriate to the subject matter and Delphi survey task
• Design the Delphi survey method, set thresholds, and define the outcome
• Engage teams throughout the process to resolve issues as they arise
• Conduct final analyses, co-write methods and results manuscripts and prepare for publication
• Amplify and disseminate results through the CNTR coalition
